Postgraduate Scholarships

There are two options for Postgraduate Scholarships:

• JKMRC Scholarships are available for suitable postgraduate candidates (options include a tax-free living allowance, tax-free "top-up" scholarships and payment of tuition fees for international students).

You can apply for a JKMRC Scholarship when you complete the JKMRC Postgraduate Application Form.

• The University of Queensland, the Australian Government, and other organisations also offer a number of scholarships.

Go to the UQ Graduate School Research Scholarships web page, carefully read the information and follow the instructions. Contact the JKMRC Student Administration Officer if you require assistance with the application process.

IMPORTANT!!

An offer of a JKMRC Scholarship is not final until you have been accepted as a postgraduate student by the University of Queensland. Until you receive formal notification of your acceptance, you should not resign your present position or take any other action that would leave you disadvantaged should your admission not be approved.
